Jon is helping my husband and I buy our first home. We met with him before we started the whole process and he walked us through each step. We knew we were in good hands when Jon was so patient and answered all of our questions and clearly explained the entire process, our options, what we should expect and also our expectations. Once we were pre-approved, Jon got right to work. We have been looking at houses each weekend. He is always available and always return calls promptly. The part that I like the most about Jon is his honesty and being straightforward with the good, bad and the ugly. Turns out that I know next to nothing about houses (roofs, heating and electrical systems) so it is a huge relief that Jon has a vast knowledge and is able to help point out system flaws/perks of a property that I would not be able to recognize. We have really enjoyed working with Jon, and have already recommended him to a friend.
