West Roxbury

The West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston fits in nicely to the “cityburb” saying. While still in the Boston city line, “Westie” offers a bit more of a suburb neighborhood feel with more spaced out housing, bigger yard space, room for 2 car garages, and tree lined streets. It is often a destination for those leaving the downtown area with growing families or professionals working in the city that prefer not to live downtown. Centre street is the main drag business district and restaurant stretch that is walkbale from surrounding neighborhoods like Bellevue Hill and the Highlands.
