Dedham

Dedham is a town just outside the Boston line that mostly encompasses single family neighborhoods with a little less on the condo and multifamily front that you might find in Boston. There is a mix of starter homes, buy up homes, and some historical homes and estates in the precinct 1 district. Well regarded schools both public and private, a town square business district, and shopping and dining at Legacy place are a few of the bonuses. Dedham’s location is super convenient being 10 miles to downtown Boston, having multiple exits off Rt95 running north/south and only a few exits from Rt9 and the Masspike running east/west.
